Letter to the Editor: Cobb Will Work Tirelessly to Improve District
I enthusiastically support Tedra Cobb’s bid for the 21st District Congrssional.
I worked closely with Tedra throughout her tenure on the St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators where she worked tirelessly to not only strengthen ethics rules for herself and her fellow lawmakers but to increase transparency in government workings. I wrote extensively about her activities as the county government reporter for this publication.
She is a woman of integrity. I was delighted to hear she was running for Congress. Her dedication and work ethic are unparalleled.
Before her days in public office, she spearheaded the St. Lawrence County Health Initiative, which sought to bring much-needed health care coverage to the thousands in our county who so desperately need it. Actions speak louder than words, and she has demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that she cares deeply about her fellow north country citizens.
Tedra doesn’t back down from a fight and will fight tirelessly to improve our quality of life. I urge district residents to support her election.
Go out and meet her. Tell her your concerns. She will listen. I have no doubt she will work hard for us to make the district a better place to live, work and raise our children.
