Time Management
 

Participants will learn how to sort through the many tasks and obligations in their lives while discovering concrete and effective ways to make the most of each day at home and at work.

Skills learned include: effectively assessing how you spend your time, deciding and focusing on work and home priorities, developing personal and work goals and creating action plans to meet them, working with your strengths, and developing effective delegation strategies.
