Through discussion, activities, video and case studies, participants will explore the issues and outcomes of sexual and other harassment and discrimination on
the company, victim, and harasser in the worksite.
Skills learned include: identifying sexual harassment and discrimination and their costs, defining sexual harassment and conditions, communication, using prevention strategies, and implementing an effective sexual harassment policy.
We also offer workshops for managers designed to give them the skills to create an effective policy, implement prevention strategies in the workplace, conduct an investigation and create closure should an incident occur.
